Good Morning Seahawks! Here are your Daily Announcements:

Attention ALL Winter Sports Participants:
1.       You must pay both PTP and ASB to be able to play (see Mr. Patterson in the book room before school and during lunch to make payments)
2.       All required paper work needs to be turned in to the main office to Charlene with receipt of payment.
3.       You will then receive your BLUE CLEARANCE CARD to give to your coach.  If you have NOT completed any/all of these steps, stop by the main office by Friday. Last day to sign up for all Winter Sports is Friday, November 21st! (Coach P, edpolicarpio@seattleschools.org  End 11/21)

Hey all you Seahawks! So you know those awesome pictures you took last spirit week? Or the ones of you and your friends at the football games? Or the pictures of you repping the school on your sports team? Well, all of those pictures can be printed out and displayed in the ASB room for everyone to see! Just hashtag your photos #sealthpride on Instagram or Twitter and they will be printed IN COLOR and hung on the photo wall! Don't know what the photo wall is? Stop by the ASB room to check it out. We look forward to seeing your beautiful faces under #sealthpride! (Sarah Martin, ssmartin1@seattleschools.org, End 11/26)

Who likes cookies? Well, cookies like you and your engagement in school. Beginning Monday, November 24th, you can earn five kickboard points each time “engagement” is entered on Kickboard. The top 20 engaged point earners will be invited to a cookie decorating gathering held during Study Hall December 11th. You have until December 9th to rack up these points, so ENGAGE! Teachers, check your inbox for a quick video refresher on how to quickly assign a single behavior to a group of students. (Julia Reade, jmreade@seattleschools.org   End 11/26)

Need Service hours? NATURE CONSORTIUM has volunteer work parties: Forest restoration.  Every Tuesday and Saturday (4 hours) all year. See their website for more details: www.natureC.org (End 11/21)

A group of 9 students from New Zealand and Australia will be visiting our school in December. If you would like to host a student in your home, please contact Mr. Zeichner. We are looking for 5 more host families. The deadline for signing up to host a student is TODAY. (Noah Zeichner, nczeichner@seattleschools.org  End 11/21)

If you are sick at school, you must go see Nurse Alison in the Teen Health Center before you call someone to pick you up.  Do not call your parent first as Nurse Alison will do that if you need to go home.  Thanks. (Alison Enochs, atenochs@seattleschools.org, End 11/21)
