Should you experience any concerns, please email webmaster@seattleschools.org. More information can be found here: webinfo.www.seattleschools.org.

For questions about graduation or other senior events,
feel free to e-mail Sarah Martin, Activity Director, at ssmartin1@seattleschools.org.

Senior Slideshow Photo Request:  If you still have photos of yourself and your friends from all four years of high school that you would like in our senior slideshow, please send them to erin.castillo17@gmail.com

. The slideshow will be played at our moving up assembly and the deadline to send photos is May 29, 2015. Thanks!

Senior Prom: Saturday, May 23rd at the Ballard Bay Club – Dinner Included. Tickets will go on sale during lunches starting May 14th. Seniors must be cleared of all fines to attend, so get books returned and fines paid ASAP.

Senior Awards Night: Tuesday, May 26th, 6:30pm in the Sealth Auditorium. All families are welcome and students receiving special awards will be notified in advance. Seniors should make sure to submit the “Senior Awards Information Sheet” to the main office by May 15th to be included in the program.

Senior Finals: June 4 and June 5, regular block days - final exams will be held in these periods.

Senior Check-Out Day: Tuesday, June 9th. Seniors MUST come to school this day to check out with teachers, clear fines and finish off their high school career.

Graduation Rehearsal:
All seniors are required to attend graduation rehearsal on Friday, June 12th from 12:30pm – 2:30pm in the Sealth Auditorium. This is a REQUIRED rehearsal. Students who do not attend rehearsal will not walk in the graduation ceremony. Please plan ahead to be there!!!

GRADUATION! Saturday, June 13th, 2pm SWAC field.

Weather:  The long-range forecast is currently calling for temperatures in the mid-60s with a 40% chance of rain during our window of time.  The ceremony will happen on the field rain or shine – graduates will be reminded to bring
lightweight jackets to wear under their gowns.  Those in the stands should expect only partial covering, as about half of the bleachers are protected by cover, and any wind quickly thwarts that. In other words, please come prepared!

Tickets:  We are NOT issuing tickets this year! The SWAC bleachers have ample seats for the senior class families. We ask that families invite a reasonable number of guests to make sure all families can get a good view of their graduate. Seats cannot be reserved and will be first-come, first-served when doors open at 1 p.m.

Accessibility:  Special areas will be reserved for those in attendance needing accommodations including those in wheelchairs or those who cannot walk down the stairs.  Please feel free to drive to the top of the stadium and drop off prior to parking.

Parking:  Parking is first-come,
first-served.  We are the only event scheduled at SWAC that day, so there should be parking available in the SWAC lot and in the CSIHS lot. In addition, parking will be available along all the neighboring streets.

Driving directions:  We are graduating the class of 2015 conveniently across the street from CSIHS at the South West Activities Center (SWAC). The address is 2801 SW Thistle St, Seattle, WA 98126. A map is here for family members who may need one.

Ceremony:  Graduation will start promptly at 2:00
p.m.  The Class of 2015 will begin their procession into the stadium beginning at 1:55pm.  Upon completion of the ceremony, the graduates will leave the field and be available for pictures and well wishes in the CSIHS Galleria.  No family members or supporters will be allowed on the field at any time.  Ushers will occupy the lower level of each set of stairs to ensure people do not come down to the bottom of the stairs to stand or take pictures.

Reception: Families are invited to come to the Sealth Galleria immediately following the graduation ceremony for a reception with light refreshments. This will be a great opportunity to take photos, socialize, and celebrate this momentous event.

Grad Night:  Over 100 students from the Class of 2015 will be heading out on their safe-and-sober Grad Night celebration on the evening of June 13th. More info to come about this fun night. Tickets can still be
purchased at http://bit.ly/sealthgradnight Questions? Cathy Jimenez  cathyjimenez3@gmail.com
