    UPDATE: 2/14/20
During the past 4 weeks, we have checked out over 850 laptops to our students, and our teachers are doing amazing things in their classrooms with this technology: online discussions, database research, web-based presentations, flipgrid videos, and so much more! Ask your student about how they are engaging in class with their new laptops.

If your student still needs to check out a laptop, have them come to the library and collect a 1:1 laptop agreement that needs to be filled out by a parent/guardian and the student. Then, it's a quick transaction to get a laptop checked out and ready to go!

The Following Documents may be helpful:
Student 1:1 Laptop Expectations and Responsibilities Document
For Students: 1:1 Laptop Usage and Safety Information
For Parents 1:1 Laptop Usage and Safety Information

To find all documents in various languages, check the district laptop webpage here: https://www.seattleschools.org/departments/dots/projects/student_computer_refresh_project/student_1_1_laptop_program_forms

    Dear Chief Sealth Families,

We are excited to let you know that each student at Chief Sealth International High School receive an individual district-provided laptop to use for schoolwork. These laptops will remain with students throughout the school year, and students will be able to use them both at school and at home.

New laptop distribution will take place at school on Jan. 9 and Jan. 10.

More details will be announced in the near future: please check back on this website and look for more information in upcoming Principal’s bulletins.
