Sub Reimbursement Spending Request

SEA Represented staff have voted to use the leftover substitute reimbursement funds to purchase supplies and materials for the classroom. There are limits as to what the funds can be used for, no experiences or food for example, but all requests that are for the good of the Chief Sealth International Students and Community will be considered.

This form will be monitored throughout the year so that staff can request materials and supplies when the need arises.
