Transcript Requests and Middle School Credit
Transcripts
Official Transcripts:
Paper copies are sealed in an envelope, stamped with the school seal, and signed. If you open them, they will no longer be official. Paper copies can be ordered from the school counseling office.
Electronic copies are sent directly to admissions offices.
Unofficial Transcripts
Paper copies are unsealed and printed with no signature. Unofficial transcripts are only available to current students up to two years after graduation. If it has been more than two years since graduating, students can request transcripts from the district office.
Requesting Transcripts
Current students can request official or unofficial transcripts by filling out CSIHS Transcript Request Form.
Current and former students can request official transcripts from the SPS Records and Archives Department by following the Seattle Public Schools transcript request link.
