Asian Counseling and Referral Agency's Pathway to Future program - earn $900 and community service hours

2026 Pathways to Our Future (PTOF) cohort is an after-school program is designed to help Chinese and Southeast Asian immigrant high school students, such as Vietnamese, Filipino, Khmer, Lao, Burmese, Mien, and Hmong youth, build career readiness skills, explore career pathways, and gain hands-on work experience.
Earn a $900 stipend and up to 100+ community service-learning hours by completing the program.

Seattle Promise offers free tuition at any of the Seattle Colleges for up to two years, 90 college credits, or a student’s first degree. All graduating seniors attending Seattle public high schools are eligible for the Seattle Promise program regardless of grade point average (GPA), income, ability, or country of birth. The application deadline is February 13.

Year Up United is a one-year-long skills-first job training and internship opportunity for students 18 to 29 years old. It includes:
Work-Based Experience: 5-6 months in an internship in the student’s career pathway, with dozens of partners in the Puget Sound area such as Microsoft, King County, and Alaska Airlines.
Learning & Development: 5-6 months of coursework, programming, coaching, and training in the students chosen career pathway.
